Unfortunately I just keep running into awful customer service and not being able to get to any appointments! You have to wait 15+ minutes minimum to even be able to talk to anyone and then when you finally get from the holding they hang up before you can actually speak to someone, very frustrating! This has happened on multiple occasions

I had an excellent experience at Brevard Health Alliance during my mom's appointment. From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and made sure my mom felt comfortable throughout the visit. The pharmacy staff were also amazing. They helped us find the most affordable prescription options and took the time to explain everything, which we truly appreciated. Their willingness to help made a big difference for our family. Overall, every member of the team was professional, compassionate, and helpful. It's comforting to know there is a clinic that truly cares about its patients and works hard to make healthcare accessible and affordable. Thank you to everyone at Brevard Health Alliance for the outstanding care. Highly recommended!

It has been a poor experience with this provider and I am becoming frustrated. I have called multiple times trying to reach someone, anyone in pediatrics simply to have my son’s medical records faxed!!! We have moved to another city in the state. My son has a concerning medical condition that has recently materialized and new doctor refuses to see my son until records are provided. I understand there is a process for everything but waiting on endless holds and not able to leave a message with anyone to follow up is an absolute joke when it regards children. The standard should be so much better!

I just don’t understand how it’s ok for the doctors to have a 15 minute grace period before canceling your appointment BUT it’s ok for them to have you waiting in a room for over an hour like if you have nothing to do after the appointment with a restless child on your hands. My child was going bonkers in the room because they can’t be contained in a small room for to long. This is ridiculous! This is why I want to find a doctor outside of Brevard Health Alliance because in every location not just the Malabar location is literally the same crap!! I’m on the phone as we speak with management higher up. This is not right for ANYBODY 😡 I bet the workers that work here wouldn’t accept such a treatment on their own kids so why dish out what you wouldn’t accept

My only issue is with their nurse assistant / student. One of those college kids indoctrinated to think oddly and walk through life like a victim all the time. She has a very limited capacity in being objective while hearing our prior experiences we've endured. She had a melt down and took it personally, and said I was rude. You decide. First, they gather too much personal data putting our privacy at risk with off site record storage that's known to have poor security, resulting in identity theft. We already are victims of that, and all we got was a letter after the fact with an apology. Where is the class action lawsuit? This assistant asked us about siblings, # of children my son has, has zero to do with his annual check up. When my son said he doesn't drink or smoke, she didn't seem to believe him. My son is also virgin, but her follow up question was if he had any children. Ms. assistant either can't follow a flowchart of Q&A or she doesn't listen. Next, she asked about his siblings, even more irrelevant since he has no complaints, allergies, or disease. The issue is my oldest son was murdered, an event you never forget, so my son was surprised this came up, and frank
